Beetlejuice
DIRT CUPS!
As we have already discovered anything in a cup is Bug's favorite thing to eat. So we channeled our inner Lydia Deetz and made these dirt cups, think of the sandworm escaping into the mortal world and coming up through our soil, instead of that horrible sun soaked desert.
Listen, I could sit here and talk to you how amazing a chocolate custard is by tempering egg yolks with dark chocolate infused cream and set it with gelatin but lets be real, sometimes we don't have time for that. So we did the following, its delicious, fun and your kids (or big kids *cough* Bugs*cough*) will love it!
Ingredients:
1 package of Jell-o Instant pudding chocolate flavor
2 cups whole milk
8oz cool whip (don't judge us)
1 whole crushed, yes whole, package of mint Oreos! (who doesn't like mint and chocolate together?)
Procedure
Whisk the pudding mix and milk together in a bowl until fulling incorporated, let stand for 5 minutes to begin to set
Stir in half the mint Oreos and the coolest of all whips in the partially set pudding mix
Spoon as much of the pudding as you want into the bottom of your cup, sprinkle some of the crushed Oreos and repeat.
Layer as many times as you want
Always finish with a layer of crushed Oreos, then stick some of you favorite gummy worms *this is my plug to use Haribo*
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to complete set.

Midori Sour
This green drink, and I mean GREEN! Is what I could see Beetlejuice himself sipping on as he is waiting for his number to be called in the Netherworld Waiting Room whilst waiting for his case worker.
Ingredients
1oz midori
1oz vodka (your choice)
1oz sour mix
.5oz lime juice
1oz soda water on top
Green glitter optional but recommended.
Procedure
Pour all ingredients except the soda water over ice and stir until the outside of the glass is nice and cold
Strain into your rocks glass over ice
Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel
Enjoy responsibly, and by that I mean don't drink so many it has you calling out for Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, BEETLEJUICE!!!
