Cheese Board
Do you know the great thing about a cheese board? You can put ANYTHING you want on it, and leaving of ANYTHING you don't want. Don't love blue cheese? Leave it off. Huge fan of Cheddar? Find some from other parts of the world, have an American, English and Irish on the board at the same time and taste the difference.
We had a French Brie, American Blue, Dutch Gouda, American Cheddar and a British Cranberry Blue.
When thinking of condiments make sure you have a variety of flavors and textures:
Olives for saltiness
Fresh fruit or jams for sweetness
Pickles for acidity
Crackers for texture
All these things will amplify your cheese tasting experience!
French Red Wine

We chose a beautiful Bourdouex from France to tie in with this game that's set in the French mountains.
You could choose any wine, we thought this red would go great with our cheese selections.
